Ralph Came Third!!!!

As a proud Doodle mummy I can’t help but think he is a gorgeous boy and when our vets had a refurb and launched a pet selfie competition I couldn’t resist entering one I had taken on our journey to Barmouth on August bank holiday weekend.

Well, we came third!!! I think that if I hadn’t have been in it he could have won, but he was delighted with his voucher, with which he bought vegetable hedgehogs and he got a bonus prize because they liked the photo. Who couldn’t resist that squidgy nose??

We have been practising our bed and breakfast daily specials and the blueberry fruit muffin loaf is a firm favourite with Mr R. I tried a raspberry version too, but blueberry still maintains the number one position.

We also had the pleasure of watching Barmouth RNLI launch their all weather life boat at the weekend. A truly impressive sight and some very brave individuals risking their lives to save others in danger on the sea. I already have some of their Christmas cards but couldn’t resist buying another pack……and a bandana for the boy
